COVID-19 Update: First Positive Case On Campus

UTHSC has received notification that one of our staff members tested positive for COVID-19. The employee is currently self-isolating off campus.

The University has reached out to additional staff members who work closely with the positive case, and they have been sent home for a 14-day quarantine.

If someone on the UTHSC campus begins to experience COVID-19 symptoms, please call University Health Services immediately at 901.448.5630 for a virtual appointment. DO NOT physically go to University Health Services – please CALL instead, so that you are not putting others at risk of exposure!

We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to keep you updated of any news that will impact UTHSC.
