Mission Statement:

To facilitate the preparedness of the future OT practitioners in the UTHSC MOT program by proving additional opportunities for learning about leadership, professionalism, and clinical competencies while effectively representing the profession, the university, and the program through professional, educational, community, and social activities.

UTHSC has a record of 100% participation of student body members in this active student-run organization. In addition to the fulfillment of the mission above, this student group serves to establish and maintain connections with alumni, other community practitioners, leaders in the profession, service recipients, caregivers, prospective students, and others – and even amongst classmates and between students and faculty – through regularly organized activities.
