The Leadership Foundations Medallion is a practical, introductory program for faculty
who have never held a leadership role, but are interested in future leadership opportunities.
Participants will build core skills in communication, team development, and conflict
management, and will complete a capstone leadership philosophy to define their personal
approach to leading.
