SUR 30000 Surgery Clerkship (Chattanooga)
The Surgery Clerkship is a face-to-face clinical rotation receiving 12 credit hours. This clerkship is an 8-week clinical experience during which students participate in the breadth of surgery.
Orientation to the clerkship is given the first day of the rotation. This includes a formal introduction by the Clerkship Director, the Clerkship Coordinator, and the Surgical Resident Representative. Call schedules and duties may vary according to the rotation, but will be clearly delineated at the start of each new rotation.
