Student Loan ForgivenessMedical Student Rotations
We invite those who are interested in our residency program to take the opportunity to rotate with us during their 4th year of medical school.
The Kaplan-Amonette Department of Dermatology offers a four week rotation with our department for UT students and visiting students. Students rotate through the various clinics and have opportunity to gain experience with various patient populations at the 930 University Clinical Health Dermatology Clinic, the Memphis VA, our Le Bonheur pediatric dermatology clinic, and the Medplex dermatology clinic.
Students also participate in Tuesday through Thursday morning didactics with the residents and get exposure to our dermatopathology lectures, clinical images conference, and teaching around the multi-headed microscope. Students may also be required to do a short presentation at the end of their rotation.
Visiting students apply through VSAS.
