Explore an exciting opportunity at the HCOP Saturday Academy, designed for high school seniors from underserved communities with an interest in healthcare careers. This program is an excellent stepping stone for students aspiring to enter health-related fields.
Program Highlights:
- Comprehensive Curriculum: Includes academic enrichment, ACT Prep, and career exploration in fields like physical therapy, occupational therapy, and more.
- Mentoring and Support: Students receive personal guidance from healthcare professionals.
- Service Learning: Practical experience through community service projects.
- Financial Support: A $1,000 stipend for participants who successfully complete the academy.
Program Runs: August 10, 2024 – February 22, 2025, meeting Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
