We provide health coach support and lifestyle management, including individual sessions and well-being programs. We assist in connecting to primary care, behavioral health care, and chronic disease management.

Ways to Get Active for Your Health
Line Dancing
Come and enjoy a class hosted by LINEtastic of Memphis! No worries and no pressure, as long as you’re moving -- that’s all that matters!
Dates: 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month

Chair Yoga
Yoga gives you strength, balance, and flexibility. We use chairs for support so it’s easy for everybody!

Low Impact Aerobics Class
This class makes it fun and easy to get in your aerobic exercise.

Healthy Living
Nutrition/Cooking Matters – Cooking Class for Adults
Learn how cooking healthy can be delicious through this 6-week series of classes. Starts May 13, 2024.

Tobacco Cessation Classes
Quitting tobacco is not easy. Here you will find support from a health coach and others with the same goal.

Diabetes Self-Management Classes
Our health coaches help you manage your diabetes and answer your questions. Series starts May 16.

Diabetes Prevention Program
By changing habits now, you can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. This program is coming to the UTHSC Health Hub soon.
