Emergency Radiology/Trauma Fellowship

1-year ACGME-accredited program
Located at Regional One Health

The Emergency Radiology/Trauma Fellowship is based at a busy level 1 regional trauma center, providing a strong exposure to a wide variety of emergency radiology including trauma cases from the surrounding tri-state area encompassing West Tennessee, East Arkansas, and North Mississippi. Up to 6 weeks of elective rotations or research time is also available.

Meet Our Fellow Coordinator

Fellowship Coordinator

Joining the University of Tennessee Health Science Center staff in 2017, Carla brings various administrative support and knowledge to the university. During her tenure at UTHSC, she has served as a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Director of the Facilities Department and the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Chair of Medicine of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Carla also served as the Program Manager for the Otolaryngology Resident program from 2022-2024.     

Carla earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University in 2010. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, with a Master’s in Professional Studies in Strategic Leadership in May 2022.  

Carla enjoys learning and plans to grow within the College of Medicine in different aspects throughout her career here at UTHSC. When she is not working, Carla enjoys reading romance novels, going to the movies, hosting girls/ or game nights at her home, going to brunch, participating in community service projects, traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
