Jennifer Wilson has been with UT since 2015. Prior to joining ASP, she has experience
working in a variety of settings including private practice, hospitals and home health.
Ms. Wilson's primary focus is working with young children birth to five with feeding/swallowing
issues, apraxia, autism and behavioral challenges. She also works with the UT FUTURE
Program, partnering to provide students with intellectual disabilities internships
within ASP's clinics. She believes that considering the whole child and involving
parents and caregivers are integral parts of the therapeutic process. She is working
toward a certification in swallowing and has training in the Beckman Oral Motor Approach,
Sequential Oral Sensory Approach and the Kauffman Approach to Childhood Apraxia of
Speech.
