UPDATE
We are working diligently to address every part of our program that was impacted by recent flooding at the UT Conference Center.
Toward that goal, related to clinical services:
- The care of all our patients and their families remains important to us. We have resumed clinical care for a limited number of patients with time-sensitive or critical clinical needs.
- We have identified a new location for our clinic and expect to fully re-open there by mid-September, while the Conference Center is being renovated.
- We are contacting patients to reschedule appointments for the coming weeks.
We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients, their families, and community health partners during this unexpected disruption. We look forward to welcoming you back and resuming your care as soon as possible.
For questions, please call 865-974-5453.We have a patient portal for your convenience. When you enter the portal for the first time, you will be asked to create a log-in and password. After that, you will be able to complete forms for registration as well as securely view and download diagnostic and/or treatment reports from your provider.
