Our mission is simple:
To train Emergency Medicine physicians who are ready for anything. Critical cases, rare diagnoses, high-pressure scenarios—our residents graduate with the skills, confidence, and resourcefulness to handle it all.

Since UTHSC opened its doors to the first class of Emergency Medicine residents, we have been leaving our mark on the medical landscape that was desperately in need of our unique skillset.
