Residency

We strive to recruit residents who are well-rounded, self-motivated, and hard-working. We recruit residents from all over the United States with 7 residents per class for a total of 23 residents during an academic year. We cultivate a sense of camaraderie between all residents with only subtle role differences per class.

Our residents have a great work-life balance. They are able to partake in hobbies and group events. They typically have gatherings, such as trivia or meals, multiple times during any given week. They also host various occasions during the year, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving as well.
