Apply for Benefits
The United States government has established a variety of educational assistance programs for persons serving or who have served in the Armed Forces. The Department of Veterans Affairs’ GI Bill ® Website provides extensive detail on each program.
*It is your responsibility to inform the UTHSC VA Representative of any changes to your class schedule after you’ve requested a certification. Failure to do so may result in an over/under payment of your educational benefits.
In addition, it is your responsibility to notify the UTHSC VA Representative of your intention to utilize your VA benefits each semester. It is not automatically assumed that you will be using your benefits each semester.
