The toll-free number for the Education Call Center is 1-888-442-4551. Education Case Managers are available 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. The system’s automated functions can provide information about benefits, applications, etc., and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Individual Veterans and beneficiaries can access their own record to obtain date of last benefit payment, check amounts, etc. Please utilize the automated system as much as possible.
All students who receive veterans' educational benefits are responsible for the same tuition policies as other UTHSC students https://www.uthsc.edu/finance/bursar/colleges-fee-information/index.php.
The Department of Veteran Affairs will send money to UTHSC for a student's tuition and fees who is receiving the Post 911 GI Bill ®; Under the post 911 GI Bill ®, housing and book allowance is sent directly to the student. Money from all other educational benefits will be mailed directly to the student or deposited into the student's bank account.

Yes. An Enrollment certification form must be submitted each semester Term. You may access a certification form at VA Certification of Enrollment Request Form (CERF)
Yes. Students must report any changes in class schedule within two business days to avoid over/under payment of benefits.
