Dr. DePasquale is originally from upstate NY, he moved to the Tennessee region for the warmer weather and the great outdoors. Dr. DePasquale did his undergraduate work at Albany College of Pharmacy. He received his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 1988. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1993. He completed four years of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia in 1997.
From 1997 to 2001 he was a fellow in Gynecologic Oncology at Brown Medical School, Women and Infants Hospital in Providence Rhode Island. After completing fellowship he moved to Chattanooga Tennessee. Currently he is Board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.
He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee, in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in Chattanooga at Erlanger Medical Center.

Dr. Angie Yates is a board certified OB/GYN and East Tennessee native. She is a UT faculty member, and serves as Program Director for the residency program. Her professional interests include resident education, quality improvement, and management of obstetric emergencies. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, bike riding, and baking. She lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
Laura Willingham, MD, FACOG

Dr. Willingham is an East Tennessee native. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2010. She received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She then completed residency at UTHSC at Memphis in 2018.
After residency, she worked as a General OBGYN with Regional One Health in Memphis, TN. She also was an Assistant Professor and served as the Assistant Clerkship Director in the Department of OBGYN at UTHSC. During her time at UT Memphis, she served on several quality improvement committees and received several teaching awards.
In 2022, she and her husband (a Radiologist and Chattanooga native) moved to the Chattanooga area. She currently works as an OB Hospitalist with Regional Obstetrical Consultants. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cycling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, 2 young boys, and black lab.
Jeanie Dassow, MD, FACOG

Jeanie Dougherty Dassow, M.D. is the Clerkship Director and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga – College of Medicine. She also practices with the UT Erlanger Women’s Health Specialists providing clinical services in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Dassow earned her medical degree with highest distinction at the University of Kentucky-Lexington and completed her obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. After several years of work in various Kentucky health care settings including medical school education and public health clinics, Dr. Dassow has returned to Tennessee as both a teacher and clinician.

Dr. Fred Bossert proudly served in the Air Force and Army before making a home in Chattanooga. He is a proud husband to another local OBGYN, and he is a father to two wonderful boys. Dr. Bossert is passionate about women's health and education. He strives to provide knowledge and understanding to his patients that empowers them to make good medical decisions throughout their lives. He also teaches through simulation and educational courses at the national and regional levels, with an emphasis in hemorrhage and obstetrical emergencies.

Kyle Gonzales, DO, FACOG

Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Gonzales completed his undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University. He then moved to Tennessee where he completed medical school at Lincoln Memorial University– DeBusk College of Medicine (LMU-DCOM). While there, he was inducted into the Sigma Sigma Phi honor society. He then moved to Chattanooga where he completed his OB/GYN residency at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, followed by another move to Atlanta, Georgia where he completed his Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship at Emory University. Along the way he received several honors, including the W. Powell Hutcherson, MD award, Fellows teaching award, and several Fellow research awards.
Dr. Gonzales then moved back to Chattanooga to join the Regional Obstetrical Consultants team. He is also a clinical instructor and Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga OB/GYN program, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, and a member of both the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and the Georgia OB/GYN Society. He is board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. His areas of special interest include diabetes, preeclampsia, and preterm birth. He is currently the Primary Investigator for several ongoing research studies at ROC and at UT Chattanooga.
Dr. Gonzales has a wonderful wife and four children, and he can often be found helping coach them through various sporting events, or enjoying hiking trips around the region. He aims to encourage those who are dealing with challenges, both through his profession and through volunteer efforts in the Chattanooga community.

Joseph H. Kipikasa, M.D., a native of Pennsylvania, is a board certified in both Maternal Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He attended Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. His medical training was at Medical College of Pennsylvania and his first postgraduate studies were in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he completed his residency in 1993 with board certification in 1996. He completed a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in 1995 and was board certified in 2003.
Dr. Kipikasa has been a Perinatologist in Chattanooga since 1995. He is an Assistant Professor with the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and Knoxville Units. He is a member of several academic and professional associations and received the Outstanding Teaching Award in 2003.

Dr. Fisher completed her undergraduate and medical school training at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. After obtaining her medical degree she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. After graduating, she moved to South Carolina where she joined an OB/GYN group and practiced general obstetrics and gynecology for three years. In 2020, she and her husband moved home to Chattanooga where she joined ROC’s laborist team. She and her husband, along with their son and two dogs, enjoy hiking and exploring the many parks and trails surrounding Chattanooga.
Erica Lynch, MD

Erica Lynch joined the Regional Obstetrical Consultants Laborist Program in August 2020. A Chattanooga native, she attended UTC where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Medicine with honors at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis. Dr. Lynch completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency in 2020 at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. In addition to her role as a laborist, Dr. Lynch also works as a clinical instructor aiding in obstetrical resident education.
Christopher Innes, MD, FACOG

After graduating from Hixson High School, Dr. Innes went on to the University of Tennessee where he received degrees in both biology and chemistry. Between college and attending medical school, he worked as a chemist at Chattem Chemicals. He decided to pursue a career in medicine, and received his doctorate from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, then completing his residency at UTCOM in Chattanooga. Dr. Innes has worked at a private practice in Hixson for 13 years, also serving as an assistant professor for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center for the past six years. He has also been Chief of OB/GYN for EHS since 2017. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 21 years, and they have two children: Ian, age 16, and Bess, age 13. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and playing in a local indoor soccer league.
Elizabeth Marsh, MD, FACOG

Dr. Marsh is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She attended college at the University of Notre Dame . After graduating magna cum laude, she was employed in the field of social work before deciding to pursue a career in medicine. She completed medical school at Rush University, followed by residency at the University of Chicago. She joined a busy group practice as a general OB/GYN in Chicago, where she worked for 9 years, and moved in 2021 to Chattanooga with her family. She has received the Gold Humanism Award, medical student teaching awards, and clinical service awards. She speaks Spanish and Italian. Outside of work, enjoys hiking, yoga, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. English Rockholt received her undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Post residency, she worked in private practice as a general Obstetrician-Gynecologist for 10 years, then joining the team at Regional Obstetrical Consultants as a hospitalist.

Todd Boren, MD, FACOG

Dr. Todd Boren is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist in Chattanooga, TN and has been in practice since 2012. He completed medical school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2002 followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Bayfront Medical Center in St Petersburg, FL in 2006. Dr. Boren participated in a two-year research fellowship in cancer biology at Moffitt Cancer center in Tampa, Fl before completing a four-year fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX in 2012.
He specializes in minimally invasive surgery as well as radical and ultra-radical surgery for gynecologic malignancies including ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and gestational malignancies as well as chemotherapy management for these conditions. Dr. Boren has performed over 1300 Da Vinci robotic procedures in Chattanooga. He also has authored over 20 peer reviewed articles as well as one book chapter and his research has been cited in over 500 publications. His research has focused on the molecular determinants of gynecologic cancer metastasis as well as the surgical treatment of gynecologic malignancies. Dr. Boren is also an assistant professor in the Dept of Ob/Gyn at University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga where he serves as the Program Director for the Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
Dr. Boren has received numerous awards including “outstanding chief resident” and the “UT dept of Ob/Gyn faculty teaching award” on two separate occasions. In 2020, Dr. Boren traveled to Cabulco, Guatemala on a surgical mission trip to provide gynecologic surgical care to the indigent population there. A native of New Orleans, Dr. Boren lives in Signal Mountain, TN with his wife Amy and two children, Wyatt and Montgomery.

Dr. Dizon attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and received his BS in 2006 and his MD in 2010. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville, TN (2014).
Dr. Dizon went to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill (UNC) in July 2014 for the Training in Epidemiology and Clinical Trials (TECT) fellowship, during which he completed a Master of Science in Clinical Research (MSCR) at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and provided general obstetrics and gynecology services through the Division of Women’s Primary Healthcare. He stayed at UNC for his fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, which he completed in June 2018.
Prior to joining Erlanger, Dr. Dizon served as Assistant Professor in the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. His specialized clinical care focuses on and provides treatment for uterine fibroids; endometriosis; abnormal uterine bleeding; pain with intercourse; and chronic pelvic, vulvar, and urogenital pain. He believes in excellence in care for women with chronic pain conditions and the need for advanced gynecologic surgery.

Carson Kaeser, MD, FACOG

Dr. Carson Kaeser is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He started his career in construction, but transitioned into medicine by working as an ER technician and certified nursing assistant in the Emergency Department of The University of Tennessee Knoxville Medical Center. Carson completed his undergraduate degree in anthropology and premed at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he was also a research assistant at the University of Tennessee biological research facility (also known as the Body Farm). He then went on to graduate from Ross University School of Medicine.
He completed his residency in OB/GYN at The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga at Erlanger Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Christ Hospital and the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. He is an Assistant professor of Urogynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga where he serves as Division Director of Urogynecology. He practices at Erlanger Medical Center.
Dr. Kaeser is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in Urogynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. He diagnoses and treats (both medically and surgically) urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, pelvic pain, fistulas, and other female pelvic conditions. He specializes in vaginal and laparoscopic surgery.
Dr. Kaeser has won awards for medical student and resident education, and recently won the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) National Faculty Teaching Award for Excellence in Resident Education. He has won the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Award. He has authored articles in peer reviewed medical journals and continues to participate in resident and fellow research.
He lives with his wife, Joy, a native of Chattanooga, and three sons on Lookout Mountain, TN. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his boys sports teams, boating, rock climbing, camping, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and snow skiing.

Dr. Donesky is director of the division of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He received his M.D. from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and also did his OB/GYN residency there. Following residency, he completed his REI fellowship at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He has been on the faculty here in Chattanooga since 1994.
Dr. Donesky has published on various topics surrounding Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. His current clinical interests are in infertility care and assisted reproductive technologies. He is married with 6 children including a set of triplets. His outside interests include music and golf.

Jessica Scotchie, MD, FACOG

Dr. Scotchie attended medical school at the University of Florida and then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a training program recently recognized as the 4th best residency program in the United States. She has been elected one of the “Best Doctors in America” three years in a row — in 2013, 2014 and 2015 — a recognition given only to the top five percent of doctors.
Throughout her training, she received numerous awards including election into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society, and teaching awards from the medical students at the University of North Carolina.
She also earned a research award for her resident research project, and the House Officer Award at the University of North Carolina, an award given to five out of more than 700 residents annually for exceptional and compassionate patient care.
Like Dr. Murray, Dr. Scotchie trained under Dr. Marc Fritz at the University of North Carolina, who is a recent past president of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and a highly respected national leader in the field of reproductive medicine.
In addition to maintaining a busy clinical and surgical practice throughout her fellowship, she participated in several research projects including studying IVF outcomes using GnRH antagonist stimulation protocols, proteomic analysis of endometrial secretions, and endocannabinoid signaling in the endometrium during embryo implantation. Dr. Scotchie held a clinical instructor position with the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and was also active in teaching residents and medical students.
