Medical Student Scholarships

Medical students at the College of Medicine have access to various scholarships, including need-based and merit-based grants and scholarships. These are available to both incoming and current students. The College of Medicine Scholarship Committee processes and approves scholarships for current students. To be eligible for a scholarship, students must complete the annual scholarship survey in the Banner System under the Financial Aid tab and also submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Additionally, a limited number of merit-based scholarships are awarded to incoming medical students based on the nomination of the Admissions Committee. These scholarships are renewed annually based on the students' academic performance, professionalism, and leadership. No application is required for these scholarships
