Setting Big Picture Goals | TLC staff will discuss setting big picture course goals in an interactive session. | February 17 | Develop and submit big picture course goals. |
Developing Learning Outcomes | UTLC staff will discuss developing learning outcomes in aninteractive session. |

Develop learning outcomes using the CALMS criteria. |
Aligning Assessments | TLC staff will discuss creating an aligned assessment plan in an interactive session. |
April 21 |
Develop and submit an assessment plan aligned with learning outcomes & parallel skill needs. |
Curating Content | TLC staff will discuss curating course content in an interactive session. | May 19 | Select discipline-appropriate course content using inclusive and open pedagogies. |
Putting it all together | TLC staff will guide participants in creating a course outline in an interactive session. This session includes information on choosing effective teaching strategies to deliver content. | June 16 | Develop and submit a course outline and syllabus. |
Workshopping Your Course Outline | Participants will work in guided groups to give and receive feedback on course outlines and syllabi. | July 21 | Provide feedback to two peers on course outlines and syllabi. |
