Admissions Ambassador Program
The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine Admissions Ambassador Program is a student-run organization that consists of first and second-year medical students who volunteer to share their experiences with students on applicant interview day. Once a student has been offered an acceptance the admissions ambassador will contact the accepted student via e-mail and/or by telephone to share their experiences as a medical student and answer pertinent questions.
The admissions ambassadors in the College of Medicine will assist the Admissions Office during special events throughout the academic year along with typical college activities. The admissions ambassadors will provide a great opportunity for accepted students to connect with a current medical student, facilitating their transition to medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Should you have any questions regarding the Admissions Ambassador Program, please contact the College of Medicine Office of Admissions at comadmissions@uthsc.edu.
